Muzembi Mentorship Program

• One-on-One Meetings: Regular one-on-one online meetings between mentors and mentees to discuss progress, challenges, and goals, incorporating prayer and scripture study.
• Group Workshops: Monthly online workshops on various life skills, such as financial literacy, career planning, and emotional intelligence, all framed within Christian teachings.

• Goal Setting: Mentors and mentees will work together to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound) goals, inspired by their faith.
• Progress Tracking: Regular check-ins to monitor progress and adjust goals as needed, with a focus on spiritual growth.

• Volunteer Opportunities: Encourage mentees to participate in community service projects and church events, fostering a sense of service and connection.
• Networking Events: Organize events where mentees can meet community leaders and professionals who share their faith.

• Surveys and Feedback: 

We collect feedback from mentors and mentees to assess the program’s effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

We conduct regular reviews of the program to ensure it meets the needs of participants and achieves its objectives.
