Spiritual Warfare – I remembered God!

There are moments when you need God’s help so much that there could be no joy for you until He acts. The Psalmist says, “I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.” Psalm 77:3 He said my spirit was overwhelmed, he moaned so much that he could not pray. All he could do was to think “Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more? Is his mercy clean gone for ever? doth his promise fail for evermore? Hath God forgotten to be gracious? hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah.” Psalm 77:7-9 He said I remembered God, and was troubled, when I considered the days of old, the years of ancient times, and compare – it just doesn’t add up!  He recalls the miracles God used to do for him, he used to be filled…
