“As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.” Galatians 6:10
“…Bear ye one another’s burdens…” Galatians 6:2
- Share each other’s troubles and problems.
If a Christian is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help him back onto his feet and the right path, remembering that next time you may need the same support when you are in the wrong.
“…communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things…” Galatians 6:6
Ministry workers need your support in cash kind. It’s wrong that full-time ministers ain’t paid – help your teachers by paying them.
“For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.” 1 Timothy 5:18
“…let us not be weary in well doing…” Galatians 6:9
Keep sowing regardless!
If you do, you will reap a harvest of blessing that is if you don’t get discouraged and give up.
However, it is how you plant, and that seed which matters. “For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.” Galatians 6:8
Keep working regardless!
“Let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.” Galatians 6:4
Hebrews 13:16 says, “But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.”
This I say, in reference to what Jesus said in Matthew 23:1-13
 Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples, Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat: All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not. For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues, And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi. But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ. But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves , neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
Therefore don’t stop to do good;
– especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
