Because of your faith.

“What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found?” Romans 4:1 Abraham did nothing to accumulate anything through human effort. His righteous was declared apart from any kind of human work.  Was it because of his good deeds that God accepted him? No, the Scriptures tells us that “Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.” Romans 4:3. God imputeth righteousness without works. He believed God, meaning whatever he got was given to him as a free gift, not work. Salvation is a free gift of God “to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.” Romans 4:5  God simply took His own righteousness and credited it to Abraham as if it were actually his.
