The Bible: Old Testament vs. New Testament

I want all my believing friends to know this, that the Bible is a unified book, there are no differences between the Old Testament (OT) and the New Testament (NT).  In many ways, are the two testaments complementary.  The OT provides the history of a people and we need that history; the NT focus is on a Person, and we need that too.  The OT is foundational; the NT builds on that foundation with further revelation from God.  The OT establishes principles that are seen to be illustrative of NT truths.  The OT contains many prophecies that are fulfilled in the NT.  The OT shows the wrath of God against sin (with glimpses of His grace) that we see also mostly in the book of Revelation.
