WE WILL WALK IN HIS WAYSIN 2019

2019 mark your own ways!

The thoughts of the righteous are right; they’re not vain, wickedly devised, deceptive, or evil imagination, but they are just right.

2019 mark your own ways. Listen to godly advice more than you listen to anything else; hear good advice for “he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise” Proverbs 12:5.

Now, today I have some little advice for you my friend, especially you who love social media like me. Again there is nothing wrong with networking. However, Proverbs 12:11-12 says, “He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that followeth vain persons is void of understanding. The wicked desireth the net of evil men : but the root of the righteous yieldeth fruit.”

In 2019 I want you to be satisfied with your own bread. Drink water from your own cistern. The root of the righteous is it that yieldeth fruit, not the net of evil men. In 2019, if at all you want to be satisfied with good, hear this; “He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that followeth vain persons is void of understanding.” Proverbs 12:11.

In 2019 don’t waste time following after vain persons. Keep away from people, companionships, associations, or celebrities who yield you no fruit, don’t even subject yourself to their nets. Hear this, “In the way of righteousness is life; and in the pathway thereof there is no death.” Proverbs 12:28. Earlier I said mark your ways. The root of the righteous yieldeth fruit; hear only what is right and true.

Allow me to comment on this too;

“…he that followeth vain persons is void of understanding…”

Now concerning understanding Solomon wrote;

“I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions” Proverbs 8:12.

Wisdom and prudence which is good understanding resides together. These helps you discover knowledge of witty inventions.

Jesus said to those who had believed on him, “If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed” John 8:30-31

True discipleship, or followership is twofold; first, believe on him, and secondly, continue in his word. As you continue; “ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32

Knowledge is power

Truth is not positivity, it is not being optimistic in attitude but is knowing “what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:2

Luke 1:3-4 says, “It seemed good to me also, having had perfect understanding of all things from the very first, to write unto thee in order, most excellent Theophilus, That thou mightest know the certainty of those things, wherein thou hast been instructed.”

Knowledge is power; have perfect understanding of all things on how true, and certain your beliefs are. Also be sure, confident and convinced about the same.

Apostle John says, “My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.” 1 John 3:18-19. He also said, “I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one” 1 John 2:14

Know him, and let the word of God abideth in you. Understand it much better.

The thoughts of the righteous are right; understanding all things! They know the certainty of those things, wherein they’re instructed.

God bless,

Laurence
